Homework Here's how you can make yourself comfortable

Homework Here's how you can make yourself comfortable

Working from home is not as comfortable as working

Since most of us do not work in office settings - where workplaces are designed to keep surveillance at eye level and far enough away from the user - if not properly maintained Work with Doing so can lead to stress.

Many of us work from home, which means working on a laptop or sofa is a hard-to-reach chair or just lazy in our bed.
If not cared for properly, these bad work habits can lead to long-term pain and injury.

A recent report published by the BCCI shows some effective ways to make small adjustments to help protect your body from stress.

Treat your home as your office

Try to create an 'office environment' at home by keeping your computer monitor at eye level or slightly below and away from the outside.

Find a chair that supports your back and always try to use the mouse, which is better than using a trackpad for your limbs.

If you can't afford extra gadgets, items lying around your home will help. If you use a special keyboard, for example, you can use a stack of books to increase the correct height while keeping your keyboard down.

Pay heed to pain and stress management

You can’t be productive when you’re in pain,” says researcher and President of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society Dr. Susan Hallbeck.

So if you feel constant pain while working from home, consider it as an indication: something is not working.

Sometimes excessive work or constant exposure to the monitor screen can cause back pain and headaches. In that case, leave the workspace for a while and take a quick walk around the room.

Not only will this confuse you but it will also help you generate ideas for the rest of your workday.

Posture is key

Another downside to working from home is that most of us are in the kitchen or at the dining room table when we receive zoom calls or draft emails.

Problems here? Dining room tables can be as long as an office desk. This is really bad for your arm, which can put pressure on this hard table and hurt the pressure.

You can easily wash a small towel or cloth and double it under your arm so that it does not hurt your arm.

Don’t forget to take breaks

Sometimes, in order to be extra productive, we tend to skip taking
breaks.Since you're not in the office, there's nowhere to walk with the printer or talk to a colleague, or have lunch on the street.

Non-exercise activities Thermogenesis refers to small ways in which we use energy that does not fall into the category of sleep, food and sports. Take a walk around the office or tap or tap your finger.

Studies show that transparency can play a key role in maintaining our energy levels and body weight.

So, try to do the same kind of physical activity throughout the day. It can be as easy as five minutes per hour like jogging in space.
